Our private woodlands are nestled between the beautiful counties of Shropshire and Staffordshire
The outback & nature
Our 8 acre base camp is hidden away inside a stunning mixed broadleaf and cedar 80 acre woodland surrounding a stunning fishing lake.
At our camp we have a covered teaching area. A basic kitchen area where we offer tea and coffee on day long courses to staff and adults and delicious homemade food on residential courses.
She’s quite a beauty and is a relatively easy pet to keep. She mostly just stares and loves to pose for a selfie!
We have a small marque which is equipped with rustic benches to eat lunch on and can also be used as a teaching space when the weather deems necessary!
We have 4 composting toilets situated in little sheds with a hand wash station outside.
It’s rare that our groups are ever quiet enough to see them (due to continuous excitement) but our woods do host a variety of wildlife including fallow deer and badger and we often hear the screech for an overhead hunting buzzard. We also have a resident Mammoth called Matilda.
